The Computer Science Department at Colorado State University supports and actively pursues diversity of all kinds. Our faculty, staff, alumni, and collaborators exemplify the diversity in underrepresented populations, backgrounds, and perspectives that we strive for in our student population.
INITIATIVES
The Department of Computer Science is dedicated to serving underrepresented populations and continually works on initiatives to foster a supportive environment, collaborations, and opportunities for women and underrepresented groups in the field of computer science. We are updating curriculum across content areas to ensure computer science access for everyone, fueling student involvement, providing diversity scholarships, leading outreach and summer programs at CSU and in the community, and building relationships and confidence in our underrepresented and female populations.
